LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Manchester District Library is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Two trustees are appointed from each of the Library District's participating governmental units: Freedom Township, Bridgewater Township, Manchester Township, and the City of Manchester.

BOARD MEETINGS
Beginning January 2026, Public Library Board meetings will be held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm. In the event the fourth Thursday falls on a holiday, an alternate meeting date will be announced. See the Library Events Calendar for updates, changes, or cancellations.

VOLUNTEER FOR THE BOARD
The Library can't function without its Trustees. Trustees create and oversee library policies, administer the budget, and set the strategic plan that steers the Library from one year to the next.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Trustees, you're welcome to apply using the application below.
